Hi Everyone! welcome to my blog. I will be starting to write at least 2-3 times a week about the life of a home schooled high school student. I hope you enjoy reading.

Spring is here once again and its the time of year when baby chicks start hatching. This year I have 19 baby chicks, 8 blue laced cochins witch lay brown eggs, 7 California grays witch lay brown eggs, and 4 Ameraucanas witch lay blue or green eggs. I also have 3 pekin ducks and 2 Swedish black and blue ducks that are two years old witch lay white egg that are a bit bigger than the chicken eggs. And I have 3 geese that lay huge white eggs that are twice the size of the duck eggs.

Spring is also the time when me and my family start up our garden. This year we are growing Swiss chard, cucumbers, butternut squash, peas, green beans, and tons of other different plants.

I will keep everyone updated on the progress of our garden!
